Earn one (1) CEU toward CPST or CPST-I recertification by taking this open-book quiz of 20 questions using the 2023 LATCH Manual. A passing score is 80% (16 correct answers out of 20).

NOTE: The purpose of this quiz is to assess your ability to use the 2023 LATCH Manual as a resource. (DO NOT take this quiz if you do not have access to the 2023 LATCH Manual.)

Directions:

Click “Submit” after the quiz is completed. (After clicking Submit, you will see your score on the screen. If you pass the quiz, an email confirmation will also be sent to the address you provide.)
The grade for each question will be given, along with a hint. Those who do not receive a passing score of 16 or more may want to review the hints and try again (up to 3 times in 1 month).

For Recertification:

A passing score is 80% (16 correct answers out of 20). If you earn a score of less than 16, you may review your answers, make corrections, and try again (up to 3 attempts within a month).
If you pass the quiz, look for an emailed confirmation notice at the address you’ve provided.
Those who pass may enter 1 CEU in their profile at cert.safekids.org (under “Newsletters/Manuals/Journals”).
If you use this CEU toward recertification, be sure to save the emailed confirmation notice as your proof in case of a Safe Kids audit.
