As with any printed piece, especially one with as much information as the
LATCH Manual contains, there sometimes are changes/updates that come along after printing.
Any updated information Safe Ride News receives will be posted on this web site and if possible included in any future editions when we need to go back to press.
Changes / updates are listed below.
PDF’s of any updates will be posted with a link to the file below. All changes are shown in red.
Note: The first and second printings are not noted in the manual, all editions after these printing are noted on back side of the title page, below the ISBN number.

Update 3: June 1, 2007, Second printing:
If you receive or purchased a manual between May 30 and August 10, 2007 it is possible that the manual you received was part of a run that had missing text.
Our printer, Consolidated Press does a great job of printing our manuals, however, even with careful quality control, this problem occured.
During the second printing of the 2007 LATCH manual, which was an exact reprint, Consolidated Press’ computer inadvertently removed some (but not all) text from page 8, 124 and 128. This problem only happened in the manuals printed during the second printing. If you are in this group, you should have received a letter in October from SRN and Consolidated Press, with a sheet of replacement labels. (letter, pdf)
The pages posted here show the correct layout / text of page 8, 124, and 129. You can check your manual pages here to see if you have missing text. (pdf pg. 8) (pdf pg. 124) (pdf pg. 128).
Detailed instructions for bulk purchases are given in the letter (letter, pdf)
Our goal at this time is to provide you with the missing information in the fastest, simplest manner. Should you need to, you can download and print pages posted above. These pages can be printed, trimmed to fit, and inserted or pasted in your book.
