2009 LATCH Manual
Essential Guide to CR Installation 
The 6th edition of the LATCH Manual focuses on understanding the universal method of installing child restraints in vehicles (LATCH). It reveals a number of product changes that CPS Techs and others who work with consumers need to know. LATCH is three manuals in one: Installation Guide, Textbook and Product Reference List. This edition includes major changes in use of LATCH or tethers in some products and vehicles. The manual supports the NHTSA promotion of LATCH and its long-term goals.
